walking
just walking can be great exercise. it is said that 10,000 steps a day is expected for maximum fitness ans weight lose so getting a cheap pedometer may be something u can try. and i always feel great after a nice long walk:flowerforyou:

losing weight with ibs
has anyone else found it difficult to lose weight while battling ibs.... i find that i ahve been having more flar ups in the past 2 months then i usally have and i feel like it has been making it more difficult to lose weight....... does anyone have suggestions or know why this is happing .......... or is anyone going…
