i take fiber choice with probiotics and that seem to help... you need probiotics for ur colon to function properly if it continues i would call ur doctor u could have mild ibs or just a lazy colon but like i said if probiotics and fiber don't help call the doctor

i work front desk at fitness concepts in gardner mass and if i ever did anything like that or even close to that i would get fired on the spot ..... my job is to great everyone answer phones ( only the gym phone) and to answer questions and to help customers.. i am not even allowed to have my phone with me at the desk...…

good think setting mini goals but remeber to make then chalenging but not impossble to reach

i would stay at 1200 or talk to ur doctor if ur doctor says u should or could go down then do it but not before u talk to ur doctor u don't want to starve ur bodie of the nutirents it needs

it all depends on ur nieghbors schedual but i would say any time between 11:30am - 5:30pm should be fine most people are up by then so u shouldn't be waking her up and i would leave a note for her to let her know that u will be exercising for ( what ever time ) form ?-? and if she doesn't like it she will have ample time…

i gree with this if u sleep with a married man u are a home wrecker wether it is really his kid or not .... so i suggest u cut the **** get over him and move on... this is stupid high school drama crap..

if it is really bad then take some casteroil like 2tbs and with in 24hrs u will be going to the bathroom alot

i know but it is hard cause i don't know how far it is either my pedometer only does steps and i don't have the money for one of the cool ones that tell u distance and calories too. lol i know how hard it is to find time when i was at my last job i couldn't fine the energy or time to work out but know i only work one day a…
