work out dvd's

does anyone have any work out dvd's that they would like to part with i don't have any and would like to try them out for the days when i can't get to the gym. any help would be awesome thanks

    Apparently the 30 day shred is available on Amazon instant video for $5. I'll do that in February.

    Sort of. You pay them the $5, and then you own the video, but can only watch it on your computer. If not, search on Amazon and you can buy the DVDs for a few bucks (under $10 including shipping).
