What's considered "heavy" lifting for women?
What's considered "heavy" lifting? I just started weight training using the machines at the gym. I'm starting off at about 15-25 lbs for arm type of machines and about 150 lbs for the quads. What should I strive for?

How can Sashimi have so many calories???
It doesn't seem right to me that a teeny, tiny, piece of fish, without the rice, has 80 cals. So if I eat 3 pieces of fish, I'm up to 240 cals? I would be starving if that's all I ate for dinner. There must be something wrong right?
