Walking speeds/ running speeds
I'm starting C25K next week on my treadmill. I don't run. Not very often. And not often enough to know how fast running should be. So is there a certain speed (like say 6 mph) I should be running at? And how fast should the warm up walk be vs the walking after the run should be?

Thinking about joining a gym...
but I'm wondering is it really worth it? It's not a 24hr gym. Hardly from it actually... It will be $60 a month for both me and my husband a month and finances are a little tight (will be even tighter in the coming months). We own a treadmill...but that's it. How many of you own a gym membership and actually use it?

21 years old, 15 pounds to go
I lost the first 7 or so pounds through weight watchers. The last 3 pounds was just sheer luck. I'm sort of eyeballing how many points I eat, but not really taking an exact measurement anymore.
