Mix a 16oz tub of your favorite brand of plain greek yogurt (we used Athenos) and a packet of dry ranch.

Together for the whole 16oz tub is 280 calories, 0 Fat, 20mg Cholesterol, 335 mg sodium, 21g Carbs, 12g sugar, and a whopping 46g of protein.

So if you binged (which I don't recommend and ate the whole tub it would only be 6 WW points.

I, myself hate ranch, but my husband is sitting next to me eating the crap out of it.

    What brand of dry ranch?
Hidden Valley Original has 2,160mg sodium in a packet.
I would love to find a lower sodium alternative.

My daugther loves Ranch! Hubby and I are joking that she will move to Hidden Valley one day!
This sounds like a great topping for oven baked taters, dressing for a salad, spread for sandwich or a fantastic dip!
Putting dry ranch dressing mix on my shopping list!
