I log everything. That apple could have the last bit of fiber I needed for that day. That banana (most being 100 calories) could have been what brought me over my calories. Chicken fried steak is a piece of beef (sometimes flattened out) that is coated entirely with same breading as you would coat chicken to make fried chicken. It's however much you want too. Before October I used to weigh myself every day (or more). Right now I'm doing Oblivious October (not using the scale as a measurement of weight loss) and I weighed myself at the halfway mark.

Oh no, I go to a side campus of a community college. Not all classes are even available at my location...so no gym there!

I do have a Wii and have a lot of the dancing games available including Zumba. I also watch pop pilates on youtube. I think I may just stick with that for right now. I've lost almost 15 with just that and all the walking at work...so what I seem to be doing is working. :)
