Chicken Chili

I just tried making my first batch of Chili. It was sooo good. I am so proud that I am going to let everyone know my recipe:

1 lb Ground Chicken
1 Packet of reduced soduim chili seasoning
2 chopeed cups of green peppers
1 chopped onion
1/2 a can of kidney beans undrained
2 cans of diced tomatoes unsalted

Optional: Hodgson Mill whole wheat veggies bows

Ground up the chicken.

In a slow cooker put in seasoning, onions, beans, peppers, tomatoes, and chicken. Cook for about 2 hrs on high. I made the noodles to go with it because I was craving chili-mac! I also had some Fat free cheddar cheese on top.
