I feel so ashamed. I ordered *and received!* 30 Day Shred sometime in October but NEVER started it. I hope to start it in January. I need to do SOMETHING to get moving.

Diabetic
Is anyone doing the diabetic diet? I was told by the doctor I have glucose intolerance and need to start a diabetic diet. I've researched the glucose intolerance diet and it seems pretty difficult. What are some things you eat for your meals?

billys bootcamp ultimate dvd
i only got through 15 minutes of it but how should i record it on the exercise tab, could i just record it as cardio? it probably wouldn't even be close to accurate anyways so i might not record it but that was my small accomplishment for the day coming from someone who does no workout routine at all

Billy Blanks Ultimate Boot Camp
Friday night I tried Billy Blanks Ultimate Boot Camp Dvd but was only able to do about 10 minutes of it. Tonight I done 20 minutes. I'm so proud of myself. I finally tried out the Ultimate Dvd for myself and I love it. I don't know if I'm doing all of the moves correctly sometimes but I really like it. It's not boring like most workout Dvd's.

I'm new to the site. I've tried to lose weight many times before and have failed. I was 160 at one point and got down to 120 then shot up to 180 (which is my highest). I'm currently at 171 and I'm ready to lose. My method is counting calories, walking, and doing pilates.
