Ohhhhhhhhhh, ya! My MFP friend CLEW sent these to me and I swear, after doing a round of these, I wished I could pee standing up!! LOL! The squats damn near killed me. I didn't find it as much fun as Chalene Johnson's workouts, but I am still going to do them. Knowing how much he kicked my *kitten*, I will definitely go back for more!

PS......... I AM a glutton for punishment!!
Oh, and thanks, Clew.......love you lots!

I have the whole set. I bought them about 4 years ago. I have done 3 of them, but not all of them.
I think when I first bought them I wasn't ready for a workout like that. I have just started incorporating them into my workouts now.
So it is still new to me. I even have some still in the plastic! I like the ones that I have tried so far!
I haven't tried Ultimate Bootcamp or AB Bootcamp yet.

Oh yeah! I wish I could do it again! :frown: With my knee sprain, it's going to be a while before I'm squat-thrusting, I'm afraid. I love Tae Bo, and I really miss doing it. LOVE the Boot Camp.
  • I have the set. They are great. I was able to get throught them all. I enjoy them. I work at a juvenile detention center so I have the juveniles do them as well. It works well and definitely gives you a great workout over each of the major muscle groups as well as the core. Those bands that come with the set provide great resistence during the workouts too.
  • Thanks for all the input. My friend had the Ultimate Bootcamp still in the plastic from where she bought it a while back so she has let me try it out. I haven't popped it in yet...I'm anxious now after reading all of these replies. lol.

I have Boot Camp Elite with the weighted bands. I like them...he changes moves so quickly the tape goes by fast. And according to my HRM burns decent amount of calories. I have 3 DVD's with my see..."getting started", a strength one and an ab one...can't remember the names of those. I can't do any of them with both the weights and bands. Am doing the getting started one with bands and no weights, and the strength one with weights and no bands, ab one with nothing (for sure would kill me if I did).

I have been alternating the dvd's
