Has anyone tryed this or even heard of it? what's your take?
Hi all... What got me on this fitness path was vacationing down south..I live for 1 or 2 weeks a year where I can relax and just soak up the sun!! does this motivate anyone else..who have traveled south and is planning on going again soon!!!
Im asking this because I have Aerobics 3 nights a week which starts at 6:30 I can;t eat before hand cause I'd get sick so Im eating my supper 7:30-8 pm at night. Im staying within my Calorie intake but should I be eating all my calories before 6pm.. Just wondering
How Do I search the Recioe database to get recipes...Someone taled about these Pumpkin protein bars i would love to try but can't find the recipe.. she said to search the recipe data base I did but all I could find was the nutrients..
Can I eat fewer calories today and save some for tomorrow? does that work?
Is there anywhere on this site that gives you healthy recipes and choices to look at?
