Eat whenever the heck you feel like it. Meal timing/frequency has no bearing on body composition outside of people who are exercising after long hours of fasting (24-48 hours or more), or performing multiple glycogen-depleting workouts in a single day.

    So, eat whenever you want.

Yep this question has been asked numerous times. When to eat is a myth.

A recent article at Livestrong.com states information about a study that proves that IT DOES NOT matter when you ingest your calories. Whether you are a big breakfast eater or whether you save all your calories to eat just before bed. Search Livstrong.com for 5 Health Myths. Good article.

One of the best quotes I have ever heard about this: "There is no magic witching hour when your calories suddenly start counting double." Eat when your body is hungry. Don't eat when it's not.

But keep to your calorie limit.
