Can I eat fewer calories today and save some for tomorrow? does that work?

    I think you may be referring to "zig-zagging" wherein you may, as an example, eat 1200 calories one day and 1500 the next etc. etc.

    If you do a forum search for it you will get tons more info.

    yep, you sure can... your ultimate goal is to have fewer calories consumed than burned... if you are at -400 today but +200 tomorrow you're still -200 for the two days... you just gotta make sure you don't have more high days than low days :p

    i think it's kind of like your weekly exercise goals - ie: your goal is 1000 minutes, or something like that, and you do none-100-500-or 1000 a day, it all equals to what you need in a week. make sense? it should average out. but still try not to go too far under or too far over.

    Yes you can. I always look at the bigger picture of a full week as opposed to individual days.
