Thanks alot Ive ordered the shape kit and I am gonna try it for 1 month and see if it helps....im kinda in a slump for the past 6 months i exercise like crazy and eat healthy but all im doing is maintaining.. i need a boost i hope this will help..

I agree with this.. Im at 1200 a day and there is no way Im gonna exercise for 60 minutes burn 400 calories then eat them back...You need a calorie deficate to loose weight, if you want to just maintaine i would eat the extra..But again you need to do what works best for you :-) Good luck

I have that but only on one side I call it my Third Boob!! I HATE IT I even went to see a surgen to see if he could remove it. even when I got down to 117 pounds it was still there..OMG I hate it so bad!!!

The best way to make the mid sections dissappear is a no sugar healthy eating diet!!! Sugar especially heads and stores right to your mid section....you can do hundreds of sit ups a day if your not eating right it aint gonna go away!!best of luck!
