I did get all 150 (each side) split squats done but have to get back in a log them. Being on the road makes it hard to get it all logged but I have been hand writing everything to ensure I get it on there.

Bad week this week, have been sick and TTOM Did'nt manage to stay under calories on all days, went ok at the start of the week but it got worse as the week went on :explode: Going out for Dinner and a movie with my Husband Saturday night, not going to worry about what I eat or drink!! With 5 kids we hardly ever get a chance to go out just the two of us so I am planning on making the most of it :happy:
I am so glad that you guys all did so well this week what with Thanksgiving happening you all did brilliantly!!! Haha I did'nt even have that excuse and I crashed badly this week. Oh well, new start from Sunday

Over water everyday and over calories on Thurs and Fri. It's TOTM, I missed Friday's workout, plus I have a house full of guests so I'm really surprised that my numbers weren't higher.

Wow...that was a close one and everyone seems to be doing so great. I have to say I am sooooo proud of all of us. Let's bring this last week home with some really big finishes.
