    Completed my daily challenge: side line bicycle
    Completed 1/2 of the bonus challenge for the week: 50 jumping jacks will complete the remaining this evening.

    I am in EASTERN TIME ZONE.

    The BONUS CHALLENGES will be: (If you complete the bonus challenge you will receive an extra point) :smile:

    November 1-3: complete an extra 100 jumping jacks
    November 4-10: complete an extra 200 crunches
    November 11-17: complete an extra 150 burpees
    November 18-24: complete an extra 150 split squats
    November 25-29: complete an extra 200 jumping jacks & an extra 200 crunches

    Also, if you aren't for sure how to do an exercise youtube has awesome videos that I have found to be very beneficial for me:smile:

    The Bonus Challenges just need to be completed within that time frame. For example the 100 extra jumping jacks just need to be completed between November 1-3.

    Thursday 11/3: Gym this morning, just over 6 miles done on the treadmill/bike. I might even do some more jumping jacks tonight, just for fun :laugh:

    OMG lol....I so totally thought the 100 jumping jacks for the bonus was each day.

    So I did my bicycle sidelines yesterday and 100 jumping jacks. Today I did my 3 sets of 20 swimmer presses (oh how my arms and shoulders are burning) and 200 jumping jacks. <-- 100 for daily challenge and 100 for the bonus because I thought it was daily :)

    Getting my water in, getting my Jillian 30DS on, and staying under my calories. This is starting out good. I have decided that if for some reason I do get eliminated I am gonna keep at the challenges as if I was still in it. After all isn't that what we are here for, to be pushed. :happy:

    Daily Challenge:

    Nov 1 - 15 sides lines - done
    Nov 2 - 100 jumping jacks..didnot get swimmer presses done yet ran 3.1 miles as well
    Nov 3- tried to get up and run this morning but I my head was too congested to get out of bed
    And I just snuck into another office to do my extra 100 jumping jacks. I was laughing so hard to stay out of sight....well I cleared my sinuses out doing the jumping jacks....I think I may be onto something!:laugh:

    water in check and so far calories under for the past 3 days.

    Got my miles done...actually did 3.3 miles along with 100 jumping jacks and 50 crunches. All of that ontop of my 30 DS. I am feeling good!!

    So for the 1st week...I got all my challenges done, bonus challenge done (plus some) got my water in everyday and kept under in my calories. This was a short week but I sure hope I see a good change tomorrow at the weigh-in.

    Well tomorrow is weigh-in and I'm just not sure how things will look...but it was a fun week despite that...

    WATER - DONE
    CALORIE - WAY TOO LOW
    Challenge done & then some....


    So what do you do when you had NO INTENTIONS to burn more then you ate??? I didn't set out to do 90 mins of ZUMBA but let one of my friends talk me into staying for a portion of the 2nd class...now I've ate all my tummy can take...I just can't eat no more...

    WEEK 1 - DAY 4 - BLC
    3.36 MILS 400 CALORIES - 44 mins

    Zumba @ the Rec - 2 1/2 Classes (90 mins total) - man my legs are DEADDDDDDD!


    Completed this weeks Jumping Jack challenge & added Crunches as well

    Week #1: Current Information and Completed Challenges
    Current Weight:  174 lbs
    Current waist inches: 31 "
    Current hips inches: 40"
    Current wrist inches: 6.5"
    Current forearm inches 10"

    Tues. November 1st: 15 side line bicycles, 35 minutes of running 3.31 miles and under calorie goal with 64 oz of water

    Wed. November 2nd: 100 jumping jacks, 3 sets of 20 swimmer presses (23 minutes) and under calorie goal with 64 oz of water

    Thur. November 3rd: 3.1 miles ran in 33 minutes and under calorie goal with 64 oz of water 

    Fri. November 4th: Check-in, rest day & you have to do something nice for yourself

    Bonus Challenge: extra 100 jumping jacks done on Thursday, nov 3 (10 minutes)

    Loving this challenge!!!!!
