Fitbit vs. manually adding exercise
I just came back from a half hour+ walk and my fitness pal said that would be about 150 cal however my fit bit says I've walked about 2000 steps and that is 109 cal. Do I just use whatever the fit bit automatically links with my fitness pal or should I enter my exercise manually?

Updated start weight not shown in app - how to sync?
I restarted MFP and my start weight was 5 lbs higher than the start weight that's shown in the app. I've changed it on my desktop version thinking it would sync but it hasn't. How do I get it to reflect the new start weight on my iPhone app? Thanks, Angela

Is there REALLY a "starvation mode"???
I've heard of this mysterious "starvation mode" and so I've tried not to eat too few calories, but obviously I'm doing that a bit too well because I'm on MFP to lose weight! :-) Is there really such a thing? spicy chicken!! (grab your water glass!)
Simply cut boneless / skinless chicken breasts into strips and drizzle about 2 tsp mustard and 2 Tbsp hot sauce (I used Texas Pete) and bake in the oven until done (about 25 minutes). Spicy and yummy!!

Am I supposed to eat my exercise calories??
I've heard yes, I should eat the calories I burn, and no, I shouldn't. The 2nd argument makes a bit more sense to me since less calories = pounds lost. So should I or shouldn't I, and why?? Confused...
