Starting P90X3 on 1/6
I just ordered P90X3 and can't wait for it to get here! 30 minute workouts that get great results. I'll be finishing up my current training block at the end of December, so I'll be starting it on 1/6. Anyone else want to start at that time?

I'm planning on doing a round of P90X to start the new year off. Is there anyone else thinking of doing the same? Would be fun to get a group of people doing it together.

30 Day Clean Eating Challenge
Anyone up for a 30 day clean eating challenge? I plan on starting it Monday the 26th, so it's after Thanksgiving :) I find it always helps to have some accountability, especially when it comes to nutrition. This would be 30 days of following your nutrition plan with no cheat meals. If you're up for it let me know!

I decided to take control of my heath and stop making excuses. I committed to the lifestyle change and haven't looked back since. I'm by far in the best shape of my life and am looking forward to keeping up my healthy lifestyle :)

Anyone starting Body Beast Monday 8/6?
I'll be starting Body Beast this coming Monday and was wondering if anyone else out there would be starting then too? I've really only heard good things about this workout, so I am very excited to get going! If you're starting too let me know, it would be fun to have some buddies doing it at the same time!
