Day 11 of 30 LEVEL 2!!
Well I was back to yelling at Jillian again today as I did my first day of Level 2! Lol!!! I do have to say though that even though it was harder then Level 1 I was able to keep up!! Also this level seems to be much harder on the abs as I am feeling it now but never really felt much of a burn on level 1 so Im loving that!…

Day 12 of 30
Day 12 in the books!!! Also I know I started this weighing about 223 and when I jumped on the scale this morning I was 216!!!!!! YAY!!!! I know I am down on inches as well but wont measure until day 15.

Day 10 of 30 (Last day on Level 1!!!)
So after having to take a 2 day break due to a back spasm I was finally able to work out again today and completed the 10th day on Level 1.....that mean Level 2 starts tomorrow for me!!!! I am excited and scared all at the same time!! Lol

Day 8 of 30
When I got up this morning I was so tired and had ZERO desire to workout at all! However, I talked myself into doing at least JM because well it is only 27 minutes long. Well I was so proud of myself that I not only did the 30 DS workout I also stil got on the treadmill and did a half mile walk and half mile jog!! :drinker:

Day 7 of 30
Sorry Im late posting but it has been a busy day. I am so proud of myself that I have completed a full week of this!! I am now actually loving doing the workout, however, im sure in 4 days when I have completed Day 1 of Level 2 I will be back to hating Jillian again! Lol

Day 6 of 30
Phew......I made it through day 6!!!!! On the plus side my legs no longer ache or burn all day but on the down side my knee that I had a major surgery on is very sore. :frown: I think it is from the jumping jacks so I hope that it will adjust after a while otherwise I will just continue to ice it after. Day 3 of 30
I just completed day 3 and I must say I do not feel as bad as I did yesterday. Yesterday my legs felt like complete jell-o but today I feel the pain and the burn but not the jell-o feeling. To me that is progress and means my muscles are adapting to it and building! :smile: So for those thinking "God I cannot get up and do…

Day 5 of 30
Day 5 in the books and felt so much better!! Only had to stop twice briefly for a drink of water but got right back at it! I seem to have stalled with weight loss so I can only think that I am building muscle at this point which is great too!!!

Day 2 of 30
So here we are on day 2 and my legs are still killing me from day 1!! But here goes nothing......I must continue!! I had a small victory today too! We had to go out for supper last night and while it was very tempting to over eat on all the yummy foods I ate the appropriate proportions and still had a loss on the scale!!!…
