Great job everyone!!!! I did Day 9 on Saturday then was out of commission on Sunday and Monday :( I had a horrible back spasm and needed to rest my back. I am so proud of everyone who is sticking with it and getting it done!! You are all AWESOME!!!!

OP coming from an EMT your resting heart rate of 100-110 would be concerning to me. Is there any history of heart disease in your family? Do you ever feel your heart flutter? YAY!!!!! WAY TO GO FOR ANOTHER POUND DOWN!!!! :flowerforyou: And awesome job on eating cleaner and healthier!! I too have found that salads seem to be the worst when you eat out. Loaded with calories! I have found if you still to a high protein meat and veggies you are fuller and have consumed far less calories.

Lol this was me too!!! I run a home daycare also and do my workouts early in the morning before the kids arrive and I just had to keep moving and pretend it didn't hurt to play with them! Lol

Ya those side lunges with the arm raises are what is killing me! I also am only using 3lbs weights right now and won't even think about 5lbs until I no longer feel like the 3lbs are being effective. WAY TO GO TO EVERYONE WHO COMPLETED DAY 2!!!!! :flowerforyou: :love:

Well Day 1 done...........is it bad that I yelled at my TV and called poor Jillian a very mean word?? Lol seriously that KILLED my legs!! Tomorrow I will be doing this BEFORE my 2 mile run!!! But all in all I do feel great for getting it done and my 4yr old son even joined me! :)

I just ordered the DVD from Amazon the other day for like $7 and it will be here today so i am in also!! :) I took all my measurements yesterday so I am excited to see the difference and pray that I can make it through the 30 full days!!
