Realistic Carb. / sugar goal when in a plateau?
Hello, I have hit a plateau and am in the midst of changing things up based on input from my MFP support:) What would be a realistic carb and sugar goal to set. Years ago when I was working with a trainer he want me to keep my carbs under 35...any thoughts?

Scale refusing to move!

Tofu
I love to bake tofu in the oven and toss it with oven roasted vegetables for a quick meal. The tofu seems to take so long to cook in the oven. I cube it and put a little olive oil on it but it takes about 20 or so minutes. Does anyone have any wisdom on cooking tofu or tofu inspired recipes?

Revelation or just wishful thinking
OK. So I have been thinking and taking in everyone's great advice. My question is......If I hit my 1200 cal. limit and do not exceed it everyday and get at least 600 cal. in everyday working out.
