I am at maintenance and usually exercise 5 to 6 days a week - but was hit with the flu and now my exercise is going from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathroom. I know I need to take it slow, but wanted anyone's experience in terms of easing back into their fitness routine. Thanks, :glasses:

Is there any reason not to count unsweetened fresh brewed tea as part of water intake - I drink a lot of hot and cold tea during the day but not that much water.
I joined about a month ago and found that it really helps to log my foods & exercise. Not sure how much I've lost because I am traveling and no access to a scale - but my clothes feel better:smile:
