Any Drum Corps folks?
Not new to the site but would love to find some others in the Drum Corps community to share stories, successes and motivation with! I march with the San Francisco Renegades :) Anyone else out there in MFP land?

NSV - life after MFP
I'm going on week 3 of trying to ween myself off of this website. It has helped me soooo much by making me aware of what I'm putting in my body and what it takes to burn off those extra calories. And the support received here has been my rock! Anyways, on to the NSV...I haven't weighed myself since I stopped using the site…

In need of advice, TERRIBLE knees!!!
So last night I talked to my fiance and he has seen my results and wants to start getting more fit himself. It's wonderful news! (Not that he's super bad...but could stand to lose a few) The only problem is that I don't know how to help him start. I've been athletic and a dancer my whole life so I was able to jump right in…

Ripped in 30 results **WITH PICS!**
So the before picture is actually from January and I started the video in February, but I can tell you not much changed in that month. I did the video on average every other day and did each level about 6 times. In addition to this, I march in a drum corps so had some serious cardio for 4 of the weekends during this time…

suggestions for toning at home??
I'm just finishing up Ripped in 30 and have gotten down to a nice size, however, although I'm at a good weight I'm still in need of tightening up (I believe the term is "skinny-fat"?). So I am in need of a new video workout. I know for toning purposes, lifting/strength training is key. I would LOVE to get to a gym to use…

Indian Food Advice?
So my boss is taking me out for Indian food for lunch (I would say no as I brought a salad but he gets offended by turning him down...and I do want to eventually move up in this company). Anyways...any suggestions for Indian food that I could order that wouldn't completely wreck me for the day (as far as calories)? Thanks!!

Wedding Dresses are a Tall girls BF!
This weekend I went shopping for my wedding dress and omg! I've always felt weird trying on clothes due to my proportions...I have legs a mile long and a torso that practically doesn't exist...but when I went dress shopping I was in love! Everything there was made for tall girls with mile long legs! Definitely a confidence…

Finally! an NSV!
Yesterday I marched with my drum corps in the San Francisco Chinese New Year parade. I saw some people I hadn't seen for almost a year, and some people I see several times a month. At least 5 people said to me "wow you look great!" or "look at Jenn all slim!" (the best part is they didn't know I have been working out!) I…

Viva Las Vegas!
So I'll be trecking to Las Vegas tomorrow for a 4 day long birthday celebration. Any suggestions on what to do there? (especially lesser know activities) Or any good reviews for places? Thanks!

Popcorn anyone?
So I looooooove popcorn, which actually is a good snack for dieting. Unfortunately, my favorite way to prepare it is dripping in butter...which is not beneficial to my new diet. Anyone have any flavorful, healthier toppings they use?

Conundrum
So I'm 5'10 and weigh about 146.5lbs. Everything I've read said that is a healthy weight for my height (a healthy, average BMI being 22 and I'm around 21 or so) and I'm happy with my legs, arms, neck, face....just not my stomach. Its flabby and I have love handles. I know the way to burn stomach fat is to do cardio to lose…

Just joined...wedding in 10 months!
So I just started using this site (signed up a while ago...didn't really use it), nervous about tracking all my food (I love food! especially the not so good for you kind...) Recently engaged and want to look good in my dress, need some motivation! eeek! I'm 5'10 and 155lbs, my goal is to lose 15-20 pounds. By most…
