feel free to add me as friend :) im sarah just restarted my dukan diet was 97kgs last nov then stopped due to move from lincoln to warrington lol, but was down to 91kgs restarted dukan on tue now im 88 :) hope i can stick it this time lol

just started the dukan diet and would some friends who else r on it or any1 really to offer surport ect, so far lost 3lb since starting diet 2lb first day a lb today but lost 7lb since join this site 16 days ago :)
