just restarted bk on my dukan diet and need surport :)

feel free to add me as friend :) im sarah just restarted my dukan diet was 97kgs last nov then stopped due to move from lincoln to warrington lol, but was down to 91kgs restarted dukan on tue now im 88 :) hope i can stick it this time lol

    Hi there.
    Its hard to start from scratch especially when you gained weight you lost in the first place. I'm irishminx32 and fairly new to My fitness and I can use all the support i can get on my journey to a healthier me, so feel free to post and if i can help in any way holler.

    ty i didnt gain 2 much thankfully kept most weight off :) but thats cos eating heathy but now just 2 wks of starting this diet im down a size had go buy new clothes lol but missing starch foods lol and cakes alittle but there r dukan ones u can make so gonna look into it :)
