Exercise Calories.....I do get it...I swear I do...lol
So I get that you should eat back your exercise calories (I know not everyone agrees or does so....) but is it really healthy in any circumstance to eat over 3000 calories in one day?? I'm not sure I can do that without a binge to go along with it....and that is exactly what I am trying to avoid....advice?
