Count me in! I watch this show religiously and I like the idea of the phase goals. I too am a binge eater who really struggles with food. I have lost 126lbs in the past only to gain back all but ten pounds. Currently I would like to lose 115 lbs to reach my goal. I am excited to see how well we can all do!

Fitbit shows you your total calories for the day including at rest (at rest mine says I still burn around 6 cals per minute and when I wake up in the morning I have already burned almost 700 calories already) MFP calories are workout entered calories only.

Me to a tee- and I think that if there is no evidence of the eaten food that people won't notice or wonder where that extra 100 lbs came from??? Apparently MY bingeing makes OTHERS stupid...sigh.

Best brussels sprouts recipe ever. The first day I just grabbed the first weights I found and they were the 5's. Likely why I was soooooo sore. Next workout was no weights but no stiffness at all so I thought I could do more. Dug out my 3's this morning and I think I will stick with them for a bit. Although I would like to get back to the 5's eventually :)

I start mine cold before my warm up and stop it after my cool down, once i have brought my heart rate down...but interested what others do as well.
