FLAX...ground flax seed
Everywhere we look and lean we hear the joys of flax seed for the omega 3....is anyone using the ground seed as an additive to their shakes or cereals? or how do you use it? is it worth it?

sodium in canned veggies
I use canned veggies (green beans, asparagus, spinach) I know I should use fresh but if I rinse off the green beans for example, will it cut down that super high soidum or do you think the sodium soaked into the beans for good? thanks Dave

LOW FAT AND FAT FREE IS NOT THE WAY???

addicted to burning calories
Gee wiz....the whole week I have been averaging about 750 exercise calories a day and figured I would relax today, being Sunday and all...well I made it until 9 am and then had to get on the exercise bike and burn a quick 235 calories...feel better now but am I obsessing? anyone think a day off is mandatory? thanks…
