i've been hearing a lot about this stuff and man is it tempting. just a little something to help me get the results i want with no counting? sounds perfect! which of course makes me rethink it. does anyone have any advice for me on whether i should try it or forget i ever heard about it? i'd really appreciate it!

getting off a plateau?
I have been sticking to 1580 or a little less (1lb a week) and I haven't seen anything move for weeks. I am just over it now and took a good week off so that I could get un-irritated and start fresh. Any ideas of how to get off this plateau? I'd be so grateful.
