Question about # cal. burned in strength training. . .
My strength training is pretty rigorous and I was surprised to discover that, according to this site, I wasn't burning more than maybe 180 cal. in 50-60 min. of strength. So I got a HRM to verify and according to it I'm burning about 350 cal. each session. Does that sound impossibly high to you? I wonder how accurate this…

Why don't I get exercise calories for strength training?
Or am I just not understanding how to post my exercies reports properly? I work out 5-6 days a week and alternate cardio days with strength days, typically getting 3 days of strength in and 2 of cardio.
