Sugars?
MFP gives me (I think) 26 sugars a day. Somehow, I always go over. I generally have yogurt and fruit. I know those have sugar, but how do you eat those without getting all of the sugar? I'm confused on this. Thanks.

Extra skin?
I have had three children. Since having my last, I've lost (and gained back a bit) 50 lbs. I have loose skin on my stomach. What do I do to get rid of it? I've done situps, but don't keep up regularly(obvious answer probably). I do walk/run(though since paperwork season, I have fallen behind). I can't stand looking at it…

I just found this place. Very cool. I lost 50 lbs last year by doing little more than taking a med combo that suppressed my appetite. Now, I'm off of that, and I need to work on suppressing my own appetite. =) I've gained weight back that needs to go. Good luck to all.
