in Introduce Yourself
I just found this place. Very cool. I lost 50 lbs last year by doing little more than taking a med combo that suppressed my appetite. Now, I'm off of that, and I need to work on suppressing my own appetite. =) I've gained weight back that needs to go. Good luck to all.

    let me tell you, controlling your appetite is no small business, but if u set your mind to it, am sure YOU can do it as well.
