I am eating right and going to the gym and doing weights and cardio 4 days a week and I am still hovering between 197 and 200 pounds. I've been doing this for 1.5 months now. Why am I not losing any weight?!

I don't have mighty pythons, but I am liking the way my arms are getting bigger and more definition.
34" jeans that have always been snug are really starting to loosen up. By the end of the day, I usually have trouble keeping them up. I really don't mind. :laugh:

I'm 1 month into my new diet and exercise routine. I got to my heaviest at 201.4 and I am now down to 192.6 this morning. My goal is to get down to 175. Just hope I do not lose my motivation through the upcoming holidays. Before: 201.4 After: 192.6
