I have done this enough in the past and lost weight before that I know what I'm eating and the calories from it by now. I just can't seem to get anything going this time around.

Sorry. I haven't been logging as much lately due to a 7 month old that takes up a lot of my free time. I wish I could use a fitbit but I work in a secure room and cannot have any wireless devices like my cell phone or the fit bit.

i feel you...diet is a big part too...gotta stick to a healthy diet along with the cardio

actually, I have stayed consistently at around 180 since I started lifting more...have to keep the cardio up to keep shedding the pounds

I appreciate it. I do see a difference from the 201+ picture...but not much since the 186 one. That was taken almost 2 months ago. I felt like I should be seeing more of a difference because I'm been doing a different workout regiment that I FEEL working but I am just not seeing it yet. Not giving up though.

Just wanted to put an NSV as well...it won't be long before I have to head to the store and get some new jeans. These I have are starting to not fit and I mean not fit in the good way. ;)

High Reps, Low Weight is key for burning calories and getting more definition.

I bowl in a league on Tuesday nights and I have to make sure I pull them up pretty high before my turn to bowl or I will almost fall down. LOL.

I have one and I have had to move up to a new hole in the belt loop. Feels really good.

I weigh in once-a-day as well and I like it because even though it fluctuates, it helps me realize if that extra little bit at supper or that cookie was worth it. :bigsmile:

one thing I forgot to mention when I started this...and you can probably tell...is that I have never been big in any other area but my belly...my face shows too, but I have no other trouble areas such as my legs or arms....when I finally lose all the weight I want to lose, maybe I will look proportionate

Just wanted to update and let everyone know that I had my mid-week weigh-in this morning and I was down another pound....191.6 this morning....oh and as far as a NSV, I kept having to pull my pants up before my turn to bowl every time last night. :bigsmile:
