I weighed this morning and I'm down another pound, for a total of 9 lbs. I'm proud of myself yet I cant see it. I can tell my clothes are getting bigger, so I get that. And the scale obviously see's it....but when I look in mirror, I dont notice any changes. Mu husband says he can't tell b/c he sees me everyday :grumble:…
Can anyone give me some ideas on good cardio workouts? I normally use the treadmill for about 45-60 minutes. I can't run for very long so it's mostly walking. But the treadmill can get boring! Thanks in advance :happy:
