No Fitbit Calore Adjustment showing up
This is the second time this has happened now. The first time someone within MFP themselves had to basically delete and then re-add it themselves to get it to show back up. Any reason why this keeps happening? And can someone please fix it again for me?

I signed up for my first half marathon, advice!
I am not new to doing races, this year alone I've probably logged thousands of miles, in September I ran a 10k, 7k and 5k in the 3 Saturday's of the month but what I am new to is running anything over 6 miles. The race isn't until May 4th, I have over 7 months to train for it. I do plan on doing races in between now and…

Achieving goals, from flab to fit! (Pics)
The left picture was taken in 2011 on a family vacation after years of drinking as much as I want, eating whatever I wanted and not realizing what was happening to my body. I went all through my life until I was 21 basically not having to worry about a single thing I put into my mouth, around October of 2012 I finally got…

From Skinny Fat to Fit!
I started this journey about 9-10 months ago. Bit the bullet, paid for a personal trainer, got serious about my diet, decided I didn't like how I looked and now here I am! I started out with my trainer at 138 with little to no strength, whatsoever. This is me (I'm in the middle) shortly before I started working out with…

Fight for Air Climb - Cincinnati (45 flights of stairs)
Just yesterday I did the Fight for Air Climb for the American Lung Association. It was actually in the building I work in so I kind of knew what I was getting myself into because I knew what the stairs were like, etc. but I had NO idea how tough it would be! I trained for weeks (LOT of leg days) and it was still incredibly…

Eating clean/Eating more calories to really tone up
I have recently met my goal weight and am fairly happy with how I look. I still think I have some spots that could use some toning up though and still feel as if my stomach is still in that 'skinny fat' phase where I'm not 'fat' by most terms but I'm just soft and not toned at all. My trainer suggested upping my calories…

Anyone watch their potassium? Having muscle spasm issues.
Recently I just started training for this 45 flights of stair climb for the American Lung Association and I am really working my legs out more than I probably ever have in my life. The last two days, I've had muscle twitching/flutters in my legs, some times randomly and quits, other times it's lasted all day in the same…

Anyone go by measurements versus number on a scale?
I took my measurements probably a month and a half ago before hiring a trainer. They were 36-29-38. Today I took them when I got out of the shower and I was shocked, I'm now: 33-28-37. I always heard that women lose it in their boobs the quickest but I couldn't believe how small my bust has become! Especially since the…

Has anyone changed their calorie goals manually?
I am set at 1450 per what MFP told me to eat with a sedentary lifestyle (I work a desk job) but I also workout 5-6 days a week at least 30 minutes each day, cardio, weight training. I recently hired a trainer and he had me print off of here 5 days of what I was eating and he thinks that with how I am working out with him…

Tips after weight training workouts
I just started working out with a trainer this week and boy is he giving me my money's worth. I absolutely love it because I finally feel like I'm working out and doing something plus I have someone there making sure I am using the correct form during weight training but I am pretty darn sore. Any tips for post work for…

Anyone dealt with irritability while dieting/working out?
This seems to have just came on to me and maybe I need to up my calories because of it but I figured I'd ask and see if this has happened to others? When I first started out, I was fine, working out 5-6 days a week, liked how I felt, wasn't tired after work outs. My calorie intake is at 1450 but there are times where I…

Anyone annoyed with ppl asking you to eat out?
I wasn't totally sure where it put this, this seemed like the best fit. Everyone I work with and most of my family knows that I'm losing weight, eating right, working out 6 days a week. Not because I go around gloating about it but because they clearly see that I bring my lunch in every day at work, I don't go out to eat,…

When to weigh yourself for 'correct' weight?
I don't have a scale at my place so I tend to only weigh myself when I go to the gym and the scale there is one of those high tech ones, so I know it's pretty accurate. The days when I go early in the day, towards the morning (which is mostly the weekend) always seem to be lower than when I weigh myself if I go to the gym…

Tips on lowering sugar inatke?
I'm finding it next to impossible if not entirely impossible to lower my sugar intake. There are days when I'm almost over my sugar intake before I've even ate my afternoon snack. It's not like I'm drinking soft drink either or chowing down on candy. I drink water all day long, couldn't tell you the last time I had a soft…

Confused about calorie intake, don't feel it's enough.
Currently, MFP has me set at 1200 calories a day without working out, obviously if I work out, it adds more into that. To be fair, I think that is a really low number, I know it's because I sit at a desk all day and sometimes have to go straight from work sitting at a desk at school but I've been working out 4-5 times a…

Exercise in the morning making you more hungry?
I just started to try and get to bed early so that I could wake up at about 5:30-6:00am and hit the gym and shower before I come into work just because I like the idea of being able to get it out of the way and be able to do whatever after work but I've felt that it's made me crave food and be hungry more. Anyone else had…

Wondering what I should do at the gym?
I'm a 25 year old female, relatively healthy just looking to lose about 15 lbs, I'm currently 135 and 5'4". I really just want to tone up, get back to being a little bit healthier. I just recently started back at college so I get to use the campus rec center for free which has any kind of machine you could think of,…
