I been at this for a long time now. Tell me please how do i lose 10 lbs. I tried just about everything, I feel like giving up but i know thats not the answer.

ok so I'm 5ft I weight 158 lbs. So I recently started walking/running on my thread mill, it's a little old but works great. I usually walk/ run at speed 2.9 -4.0. My calories burned says 209 on thread mill after 30 mins, my question is ... Is that correct? My brothers gf said it should be less. Let me know what you guys…

Advice on my workout
Hi Guys, I been on hitting the gym for the past 6 days, 1.5-2 hours a day. I mostly just do a spinning class and then the elliptical. I know I will see results in like a month or two. Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone has any idea as to why my ticker hasnt updated my weight loss. Its my first 1.5 lb, not a lot but it hasnt moved or says 1.5 lost. I do have it to record my weight loss. Anything I need to do? its not a huge deal just wondering if anyone knows what I need to do. Thanks

I need more friends and a kick in the butt!!!
I started my weight loss journey in November 2011, I have only lost 7 lbs, but that because I haven't exercised in 7 weeks. I know this is a mistake. I just need a kick in the butt. Hello Everybody I have a question for you all, here goes...Does anyone take a day away from logging calories and just indulge a little more? I dont want to say a day off, but basically a day off.
