Is there an amount/percentage that your carbs, protein and fat should be? MFP shows a pie chart and I was wondering what I should be aiming for. My carbs are usually 50% or more.
What do you all think: I am one of those people who weighs myself everyday, ok sometimes more than once. However, I use the information to tweak what I'm eating or doing and know that it can fluctuate based on sodium and water retention. I don't use it as an excuse to go off my diet.
