I'm back at it again and need some support. I want to lose 20-30 pounds. I'm at home with my husband and three kids (oldest at college) and need motivation to stick with healthy eating and work outs. Friend me for mutual support and motivation.

I'm joining in and hoping to keep up my motivation this time! As of my beginning yesterday: Did you track everything you ate and drank? Yes Did you stay under calorie limit? Yes Were you active for at least 20 minutes? No... but will get back on track with this on Monday when kids go back to school.

Such a great point!! It's definitely not math...I think of it as chemistry LOL! But really, you need to find what formula works and since our chemistry (women of a certain age) is always changing, it makes it that much harder to figure out the formula!

Luna bars are great! Also, I have Skinny Cow desserts. They are between 100-150 calories, depending on what you pick. I've been eating chocolate ice cream sandwiches. Also, try fudgsicles. They are about 40-60 calories and very chocolatey.
