Portion Control...Something that we sometimes forget to watc
One thing that I have been finding with MFP is that I can eat the same way I did before (which was generally healthy) but now I am forced to watch my portions when I am either planning or recording my meals. Why is it that....
Calories burned can't be calculated for things like sit ups and weight lifting? As part of my fitness regiment, I combine cardio and weight work and I feel like I probably am burning a lot more than just my 1/2 hour of cardio recorded here per day.
