OK I know this isn't much to some but.....
I resisted temptation and bought the 6 inch sub at Subway instead of the foot long because I knew my will power would not hold. I knew if I bought the foot long I would not be able to just eat 6" so I got it and loaded it with lots of veggies and some lite mayo. I even skipped the cheese!!!! Weird how something so small…

Apples and yogurt snack
1 small apple diced with peel 1/2 c. fatfree natural yogurt any flavor (I use Cascade Farms blueberry sweetened with fruit juice) 1/4 c walnut pieces 2 Tbsp rolled oats (uncooked) Mix it all up and eat! This is 400 calories you can adjust nuts for less calories but I needed a 400 calorie meal. :happy:
