Apples and yogurt snack

1 small apple diced with peel
1/2 c. fatfree natural yogurt any flavor (I use Cascade Farms blueberry sweetened with fruit juice)
1/4 c walnut pieces
2 Tbsp rolled oats (uncooked)

Mix it all up and eat! This is 400 calories you can adjust nuts for less calories but I needed a 400 calorie meal. :happy:
