I just had left over ham and made cabbage soup
onion, carrots, green cabbage, garlic...basic soup recipe I added diced ham, low sodium chicken broth and I also threw in a can of diced tomatoes..it was delicious...

ham's not actually THAT bad, just don't eat a ton of it. cube it and mix it into a big leafyf salad or have a couple slices with sweet potato and veggies.

joann I like that cabbage soup recipe I think I will try that. I have also thought about a bean soup with white bean, celery, and carrots. That would be healthy right?

You can use it in egg whites to make a nice little omelette. Throw in a bunch of veggies and you have a really healthy filling breakfast (or a really nice dinner if you enjoy having breakfast type foods for dinner...I do...yum!)
