Can't lose anything!
Day 5 done. Have been under my calorie goal every day for 10 days, yet... I haven't lost a pound! WHYYYYY???? It"s so...so.... NOT motivating! I do feel myself getting stronger as I work out but why can't I lost a single pound?

...not as HORRIBLE as days 1 and 2! Makes me wonder... dare I hope.... will this ever become EASY? LOL

I don't need to hear it AGAIN and AGAIN! I try to skip it but it won't let me! Argh!

How do you count your days?
When you count your days (day 1, day 2, etc), do you count your "off days" ? I started the 30DS on Tuesday . I did my second session today (Thurs). Does that mean this is day 2? or day 3?
