I have been battling a migraine for the past 2 days so I haven't done it since Monday. I'll be on Day 5 tonight. I have however, been watching my food so I hope this week hasn't been a total loss.

Good for you Tbias! DoN,t be stressed about missing a day. One thing I don't understand is how, until now, I,ve always heard that we have to have rest days so muscles can recover, yet the 30DS doesn't really allow for that (in the strictest sense of the program)?

HI everyone! I just started on Tuesday and all I have to say is "OH the pain!" I'm glad you're all here. It'll help to know that I'm not alone... Day 3 tonight.

I started it on Tuesday and HURT bad now... I skipped yesterday but will be doing it tonight. I don't know HOW I'm going to lift anything but I'll try. (Those side lunges with dumbell raises at the end KILL me.) I think the reason the 30DS works is because it turns arms into Jello and nobody can lift a fork to their mouth.

Did the last day of level 1! I Can't say I'll miss the running man (that hurt. Towards the end, I jumped on my elliptical machine for those segments). Oh ya... I didn't like fast feet either. I DID enjoy the 2nd strength segment with the deadlifts though. I'm nervous about level 2. Ack!

So discouraged... I went to my dr yesterday and learned that I have to have my thyroid removed. I ALSO learned that I have gained 6 lbs since JUNE (my scale at home shows me as 3 lbs less). It was a shock to hear. I was so nervous at the prospect of surgery that I didn't work out last night either. :o( Does anyone else…

I found this one easier than the 30DS. I enjoy it more! I did my 4th workout of level one today (started last Thursday) and I can say it is getting easier. I was still very sweaty and had to do the modified pushups and skaters, but after it was over, I wasn't praying for someone to put me out of my misery! How long do we…

Hi! I prefer RI30 to 30DS. I thing there is less jumping around but it"s still a tough workout. I was able to do level 1 (it wasn't easy but i did it!) and only had to do the modification on a few of the exercises. I burned 220 calories in 21 minutes and was sweating profusely by the end.
