Headache when doing c25k
Anyone else get a headache when they do the c25k? I don't notice it when I try jogging early in the mornings, but when I try at lunchtime, I get this. I am doing the resting day between runs.

Workout between training to run
I am trying to do my own version of the c25k. It states you should rest or do alternate routine on the days in between your runs to let your muscles recover. Is walking a few miles on my off days ok or is that too much like jogging - using the same muscles? Would I be better to do something other than walking?

I'm in my 40's and a hair over 200. I'm not doing the official c25k, just following my own plan. Starting out with doing 3 days a week, trying to increase the amount of time spent on jogging compared to walking.
