I can cross my legs! I have not been able to cross my legs for quite a while. I can comfortably cross from left to right, and almost can from right to left. I know it sounds stupid, but to me it means I am making progress. It means my thighs are no longer battling for space..:blushing:

Low fat burgers?
I have been craving a big juicy burger, but will not allow my self to eat that many calories in one sitting. Can I use half lean beef and half ground chicken with a good result? I have a ton of prenatal vitamins that I was given while pregnant. Are they sufficient for the vitamins I need while losing weight? I hate to let them go to waste, they expire later this year.
