We are going to Disney and on a Disney cruise at the end of August. It will be our second trip to DW, but our first cruise. It was always 104 bpm, but after being put on blood pressure meds it now runs mid 80's. Blood pressure shot up to 190/115, before that it ran about 130/90, now it stays around 110/70. Working on getting all that straightened out, and hopefully off the meds.

I think the first time someone noticed my loss was at 20 lbs lost.

Veggies and fat free or light sour cream with Hidden Valley Buttermilk ranch mix. Broccoli, colliflower, celery and red bell peppers are my favorite.

I did take pics and have taken progress pics along the way. I want to wait to post pics when I get to my first big goal. But they do show some progress especially in my tummy, I took tummy pics because that is the area that really bothers me.

I am 5' 6" and wore a 14- 16 depending on the fit of pants. And an XL shirt. Right now I am about 190 and my 14's are getting loose.

It's great for making salsa.

Food........Not any particular food, just food in general. Anything I could shove into my pie hole. I just love the taste of food in my mouth! And the other problem is, I can cook pretty damn good, that did not pair well with my old eating habits. That is/was my demon...no self control!

My brother in law gained 13 lbs over a 4 day vacation at Disney world. I gained 5 but was pregnant and also very swollen when I got home. Hubby gained 4 lbs

Love the outfit! Keep the jewelry simple. I wouldn't even wear a necklace, that neckline is great by itself. And a chunky gold bangle bracelet would look great. Maybe some loose curls or beach waves for the hair...woo woo sexy!

It took about a week for me to be able to really chew food again. My jaw hurt for about 3 weeks, but mine were impacted and difficult to remove.

I want to be 150lbs again. After that I may shoot for 140lbs, what I weighed when I graduated high school.

Just like muscle tissue, we have a certain amount of fat tissue. It can get smaller or bigger, but unless you have liposuction, it never goes away.
