I have been craving a big juicy burger, but will not allow my self to eat that many calories in one sitting. Can I use half lean beef and half ground chicken with a good result? I have tried turkey burgers and veggie burgers, they just don't measure up. I am thinking that the beef will privide the flavor and the chicken will cut the fat.
Has anyone tried this and how would you figure the calories? By counting each component seperately?

I save up my calories and then make one out of 93% lean - Grill just till done, don't overcook and they do turn out pretty juicy. I sometimes have it on low-cal whole wheat bread, and other times just pile on the condiments and eat with a fork - no bread (gotta have swiss on it though when I do that! Yum!0
