Nike+ sensor with ipod touch
My generic MP3 player died yesterday, and I thinking of investing in an ipod touch for a replacement. I do not have Nike shoes, but I see online you can buy a Nike+ sensor with pouch to attach to any running shoes and then be able to use the Nike+ software on the touch. Has anyone done this? Couldn't do it... now what?
Literally could not run this morning. Only made it .4 miles before giving up and coming home. Everything hurt/aches from major strength training yesterday, plus that TOM should start today. Trying not to be too hard on myself but I really wanted to have a good run today.

alcohol's affect on running performance?
I had ONE beer last night with dinner, and this morning could only run half (3.25 miles) of my usual 6+ mile morning run. Does anyone else have this problem? I know it's the alcohol because this isn't the first time this has happened to me. I guess I will have to give up alcohol completely for the time being~!

Help - first running injury advice please!
I "pulled" something in my calf about 3 miles into my 6 mile run this morning. It hurts terribly when I put any weight on it. I tried to push through it, but ended up limping back home. My first 8 lbs or so came off so easily - as did the first 12 or 13 inches.
